This SMT splice tool is the obvious choice for your splicing process. Similar to an office stapler, frames with 20 shims are loaded into the tools handle.

This smart solution elliminates the handling of individual clips and can make the splice cycle up to 10 times faster. The tool produces a very smooth splice joint that elimiminates the risk of feeder jam.
